Derek is by far the most supportive, attentive and friendly advisor I have ever dealt with. It was a long drawn out process between us starting to look for a new house and finally getting an offer accepted (about 16 months in total) and Derek was with us every step of the way. He was always there to provide us with whatever we needed and regularly checked in to see how we were getting on. When we did finally get an offer accepted he was on the ball and helped the mortgage side of the purchase run very smoothly. He also spent time advising us on the life insurance side of things, so we could choose the product that was right for us. We took up a lot of Derek's time over the 16 months but it never came across as a burden to him, and I really enjoyed dealing with / speaking to him. I also never had to chase him, as he was always one step ahead. I genuinely can't recommend him highly enough!
